For as long as I remember, I always hated brussel sprouts! I didn’t really care of how healthy they were. I simply wouldn’t eat them. After year of passing them by, we were invited to some friends house for dinner, who served brussel sprouts! Of course we took some to be polite, and to our surprise, they weren’t bad! We tried them at home later, and really enjoy this recipe for them! Even our picky toddler eats them! I would encourage you to try them!
1. Cut the ends off the brussel sprouts and spread in baking dish.
2. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt and lemon pepper. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Stir once or twice while cooking so they brown all over.
3. Eat and enjoy!
